• Client Experience: Handled direct client communications , space walkthroughs, and day-of support to deliver a high-touch studio experience.
• Booking & Scheduling Logistics: I helped manage reservations, studio availability, session timing, and pre-production requirements to ensure workflow between sessions.
• Production & Operations Support: Assisted clients with studio setups, lighting/audio equipment needs, space maintenance, and real-time troubleshooting.
