Archetype MTL is a creative studio in Montreal offering spaces for photography, video, podcasting, content creation, and brand productions. During my time as Studio Manager, I worked directly with clients and production teams to coordinate bookings, prepare the studio, manage communication, and support the daily operations of the space.

Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: I worked directly with clients before and during their bookings, answering questions, confirming details, sharing studio information, and helping them understand what was included in the space.
• Booking Coordination: I helped manage reservations, studio availability, session timing, client follow-ups, and scheduling details to ensure every production was properly organized before arrival.
• Production Support: I supported clients with practical production needs, including studio setup, furniture and prop coordination, equipment questions, and general preparation for photo shoots, podcast recordings, video productions, and branded content.
• Studio Operations: I helped keep the studio organized, clean, and ready for each booking. This included making sure the space was reset properly, reviewing studio rules, and maintaining a smooth flow between sessions.
• On-Site Client Experience: During bookings, I welcomed clients, guided them through the space, answered day-of questions, and helped solve small issues quickly so the team could stay focused on the creative work.

Outcome: My work as Studio Manager helped create a smooth, organized, and professional experience for clients renting the studio. By managing communication, bookings, preparation, and on-site support, I contributed to an environment where photographers, brands, creators, and production teams could focus on their projects with confidence.
